On October 2nd, we joined fellow members of Crush Movement at the Future Lab held at Maria 01’s Shortcut space in Helsinki. Facilitated by Inka Vuorinen from Momentum Design, the session invited us to imagine Crush not just today, but one, three and five years into the future.
For us at Nexpert, taking part in Future Lab was more than sharing ideas. It was about putting our own expertise into practice. Our strength lies in facilitating collaboration across disciplines, simplifying complexity, and helping teams translate big visions into actionable steps.
Events like this align perfectly with our approach:
Collaboration: We believe that no breakthrough happens in isolation. By fostering dialogue and building trust, we help groups move from ideas to solutions.
Co-creation: We bring tools and methods that enable participants to combine their different perspectives into a shared outcome.
Change readiness: Thinking ahead requires not just ideas but the ability to adapt. Our experience in guiding organizations through change helps communities like Crush turn visions into long-term impact.
In Future Lab, these principles were at play. Structured conversations and inclusive facilitation allowed us to create bold yet practical ideas for Crush’s future.
We are proud to be members of Crush Movement and can warmly recommend the community. It offers not only inspiration and networking, but also the chance to truly shape the future together.
Future Lab was a powerful reminder of what happens when people with different skills and stories come together with a shared purpose. For Nexpert, it reinforced why we do what we do: helping diverse groups simplify complexity and achieve meaningful change. And for Crush, it marked another step toward becoming an even stronger, more impactful movement – locally and globally.
